Course Overview

ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and its related parts are a series of International Standards or Normative documents relating to conformity assessment requirements for bodies providing audit services and certification of management systems.

Certification Bodies that are accredited to this standard have demonstrated impartiality and competence, to give assurance that certified activity carried out by these organizations can be used with confidence.

Who Should Take the Course?

The course is aimed at those wanting an awareness of the requirements for the development, operation and maintenance of an accredited Management System Certification Body. This could include:

Owners

Certification Body Operational Personnel

Technical Managers

Quality Managers, Coordinators and Officers

Education and/or Experience and/or Prerequisites

You must at least have one (1) year of on-the- job experience in any Engineering discipline.

Work experience must be in a full-time, paid role. Paid intern, co-op, or any other course work cannot be applied toward the work experience requirement.
