Course Overview

A SASO Certificate of Conformity affirms that a product complies with all the specifications outlined in the Saudi market’s applicable technical regulations and standards under their product conformity program, SALEEM.

The Product Conformity Program (SALEEM) mandates that regulated products that are imported to the country must be accompanied by a Product Certification of Conformity (PCoC) and a Shipment Certification of Conformity (SCoC) for every shipment. These certifications are only granted once you comply with the applicable standards and technical regulations for that product category in the product safety program.

Who Should Take the Course?

The SASO REGULATION CATERGORIES is a professional who understands the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control for each field.

The course is aimed at any individual conducting product, process, or service certification and responsible for some aspect of quality and/or technical support activity within their organization. This could include:

Technical Managers

Quality managers, coordinators and officers

ISO/IEC 17065 Technical Assessors

Education and/or Experience and/or Prerequisites

You must have at least one (1) year of on-the- job experience in any Engineering discipline.

Work experience must be in a full-time, paid role. Paid intern, co-op, or any other course work cannot be applied toward the work experience requirement

Study Material

•The Training is based on both theory and best practices used in AMS Audit

•Lecture session illustrated with example based on case studies

•Practical exercises as based on case study as includes role playing and discussion.

End of Course

After Completing the session and passing each session examination, the student can take final exam. Once the final exam is cleared, then it is considered as end of course.
