Audit by process rather than by clause: pick a process, follow it from input to output, and use the checklist to make sure no requirement is missed along the way. Look for evidence for every check. For each No, write a nonconformity that states the requirement, the evidence and why it does not conform, then agree a root cause, an owner and a date.
