Study materials:
This training course is an interactive and mixed method approach of the video illustrations as well as understanding the standard guidelines such as Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Various online and offline food safety training manuals, books and standard guidelines have been used for the purpose of better and comprehensive understanding of the students. This course involved the assignments for better conceptual understanding and for the application of the course in the workplace.
