This course includes topics such as defining types of cave-in protection, recognizing the general safety requirements to work at excavations, evaluating workers in danger, distinguishing soil types, and recognizing the role of an OSHA competent person. This course also aims to enable delegates to understand the management and supervisory responsibilities of safe digging practice and utility avoidance.
