Course Overview
HIV/AIDS is a global health challenge that affects millions of people around the world. Despite significant progress in the management and treatment of the virus, there is still a need for increased awareness and understanding of HIV/AIDS to prevent new infections and provide effective care and support for those living with the virus. This course will cover the modes of transmission and the impact of HIV/AIDS on the human body. In addition, this course will explore the various strategies for preventing the transmission of HIV, including condom use, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and postexposure prophylaxis (PEP).
