Course Overview
Negotiation skills are inherent qualities that help two or more parties agree to a common logical solution. In the workplace, you may have to display your negotiating skills in various situations such as:

Education and/or Experience/Prerequisites
You must have three years of on-the- job experience in one or more of the areas of the Certified Quality Engineer Body of Knowledge. Engineers, quality control personnel, inspectors, testing personnel, or those interested in the quality engineering profession.
