SIGNALMAN SAFETY

The Signalman Training is aimed at providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to prepare and to tie the load for safe lifting by any form of lifting equipment using correct and clear signals to guide the crane operator in the maneuvering of a load safely to its destination.
The Signalman Course is aimed at providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to prepare and to secure the load for safe lifting, lifting equipment and use of correct and clear signals to guide the crane operator in the maneuvering of a load safely.

COURSE CONTENT:

40% of the course focuses on the practical aspect of signaling and the remaining 60% of which will be lectures, teaching them the legal requirements, roles and duties as a Signalman.

*The course would be appropriate for individuals assigned as Rigger and Signalman in the workplace.
